Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to all apps developed and published by Minorbits LLC, including YTLink, Weighly, O2Buddy, StridePal, and Wristmate.

The Short Version

We do not run analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking SDKs. We do not sell your data, and we never share it with third parties for their own purposes. Most of our apps keep everything on your device and send us nothing at all.

Some apps offer optional sharing features that let you follow friends and compare progress. Those features, and only those features, send a small amount of information to a server we run ourselves. You choose whether to turn them on.

Apps That Collect Nothing

Unless you turn on a sharing feature described below, our apps store their data on your device and in your own iCloud or Apple Health, where we cannot see it. No account is required to use them.

Optional Sharing Features

Weighly, and StridePal let you share progress with people you invite. If you use those features, we create an account for you on our own server at api.minorbits.com and store:

This information is visible only to the specific people you invite or accept, and to us as the operator of the server. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not give it to anyone else.

Photos and colors you assign to friends are stored only on your own devices. They are never uploaded.

Sign in with Apple

You may link your sharing account to your Apple ID using Sign in with Apple. We receive a token that identifies the account and, if you allow it, your email address. We use it only to connect your account across your devices and across Minorbits apps. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we only ever see the relay address Apple provides.

Health Data

Some of our apps read data from Apple Health, such as step counts or blood oxygen readings, with your permission. That data stays on your device. It is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with third parties. The only exception is the specific progress numbers listed above, which are shared with the friends you choose, because that is the feature you asked for. You can revoke Health access at any time in the Health app.

Keeping and Deleting Your Data

We keep sharing data for as long as your account exists. You can sign out on a device at any time, and you can permanently delete your sharing account from inside the app, which removes your account, your progress, your shares, and your challenge history from our server.

Deleting the app alone does not delete a sharing account, so use the in-app Delete option if that is what you want.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The sharing features require an account, and we ask that a parent or guardian set them up for a child. If you believe a child has created a sharing account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
